THE SIGNATURE AT MGM GRAND DEBUTS
IN-SUITE CULINARY INDULGENCES

New Dining Menu Offers Epicurean Delights in Privacy of Luxury Suites

LAS VEGAS – Hand-caught diver scallops. Crab legs direct from the waters of Dutch Harbor, Alaska. Kobe beef stew. Delectable fare typically found in the world’s finest restaurants now can be enjoyed within the luxurious all-suite enclave of The Signature at MGM Grand. Pairing exquisite culinary creations with attentive personalized service, the Mobil Four-Star resort invites discerning guests to experience its new In-Suite Dining Menu.

Inspired to exceed standard room service expectations, The Signature Executive Chef Uday Huja focused on creating a menu that not only offers unexpected culinary pleasures, but included the artful tableside presentations found in the most distinguished of dining venues. From gourmet delicacies to comfort food, the menu’s distinctive selections set a new standard for in-room dining in Las Vegas.

Bon Appetit In-Suite

For breakfast, lunch, dinner or late-night dining, The Signature at MGM Grand’s In-Suite Dining Menu allows guests the freedom to explore gastronomic delights within the privacy of their own luxuriously appointed junior, one- or two-bedroom suite.

From sumptuous soups and starters to American classics and international entrées, each dining selection is skillfully presented as guests watch with anticipation. Heirloom Tomato Soup is served in a special kettle and is slowly poured over a garnish of heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella and basil dressed with a touch of olive oil while Sweet Potato Tortelloni – stuffed with homemade spice-roasted mascarpone cheese – is drizzled with melted brown butter before being topped with sage and freshly grated Amaretto biscotti. Classic favorites also receive a gourmet twist. Macaroni & Cheese is enhanced with Fontina cheese and spicy chorizo while Beer Battered Fish and Chips are served with a spritz bottle of malt vinegar to allow for more flavor distribution.

For meat lovers, Signature Steaks offer the highest quality cuts of certified Angus Beef, each hand-carved and grilled to order. Guests can choose between a mouth-watering 16-ounce New York Strip, 16-ounce Ribeye or 10-ounce Filet Mignon. Each is topped with the guest’s choice of a homemade butter – ranging from Black Truffle to Burgundy & Shallot – to serve as a flavorful counterpoint.

For those seeking an authentic international experience, an elaborate presentation of Tandoori Chicken Curry – complete with steamed

white rice, Indian pickles, onion Nann bread, and yogurt and cucumber dressing – is served in a Tiffin box, a tin container used for light lunches in India. A tasty children’s menu, with kid-friendly choices ranging from Classic Alphabet Soup to Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich, also is available.

Sweet tooths also can be decadently indulged at The Signature at MGM Grand. Tempting desserts include the Signature Cheesecake, adorned with white chocolate, fresh raspberries and Chambord mint sauce, and The Classic Banana Split Ice Cream Pint, homemade vanilla ice cream featuring all the classic flavors of a banana split and topped with toasted nuts, pineapple compote, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and, of course, a maraschino cherry.

To complement each meal, a wide-ranging spirits collection features 19 domestic and imported beers as well as a distinctive selection of tequila, whiskey, cognac and scotch, including a $380 bottle of Hennessy X.O. and a $455 bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue Label. Additionally, an impressive list of wines and champagne offers such classic choices as Moët & Chandon and Beringer, but also provides rarer labels such as Trefethen and Far Niente. Recommended pairing suggestions can be found within the In-Suite Dining Menu alongside entrée selections.
